Bennetts & BikeSocial team up with Peter Hickman for PHR Performance bike night

Bennetts and BikeSocial Membership will team up with ambassador Peter Hickman to run a special bike night at PHR Performance on Wednesday 23^rd August 2023, with anyone welcome who wishes to attend.

The 13-time Isle of Man TT winner will open the doors to his performance centre in Louth from 6pm for riders to have a look around, chat to his team of engineers and see just what PHR has to offer. Pete will also have a number of bikes on display, including his record breaking 136mph Isle of Man TT Superstock machine.

Hicky and his team will be on hand to show you around their new workshops, dyno centre, suspension room plus much more. The evening will also see Hicky’s BSB data engineer, Peter Clifford, host a ‘run what you brung’ dyno event. For a donation of £10 to Hicky’s chosen charity, the MS Society, ‘Cliffy’ will run your bike on the dyno to find out just what BHP is being put out, and whoever has the largest number at the end of the evening will win a special prize.

Food will be available to purchase on the evening, Peter’s local pub The Brown Cow, will be serving burgers and hotdogs from 6:30pm, with Bennetts customers and BikeSocial members getting theirs for free. Simply show one of the team who will be there on the evening your policy number, or membership number, you’ll then be handed a ticket to hand over to receive your free burger.

“I’m really excited for the evening,” said Hickman. “We’ve made some big changes to PHR Performance recently so to have the chance to have an open evening and show everyone just what we can do for them will be great.

“Wednesdays are big biking nights around my way, so hopefully we’ll have plenty of people come visit and see what we can do. It’ll be a nice way to relax ahead of the BSB weekend at Cadwell Park. It’s great to team up with the guys from Bennetts and BikeSocial for this, we have some pretty cool things to show off and do on the night and I can’t wait to host you all.”

When we first chatted with Pete about the idea, we were fully onboard with it, and it’ll be a great way for our customers and members to engage with Pete and his team.

“Like Pete has said Wednesdays are big nights for bikers around Louth and the North, so we’re expecting a lot of people to come and visit, say Hi and see what is going on.”
