Service Update
To ensure we continue to provide the high level of customer service you expect from Bennetts, we wanted to keep you up-to-date about temporary changes we are making to our Customer Service opening hours.

So that we can answer your calls faster and reduce your call wait times we will be reallocating more agents to our busiest times and therefore we will temporarily be changing our Monday to Friday opening hours for Customer Service and our Webchat agents from 8am-8pm to 8am-6pm. Weekend and Bank Holiday opening hours remain the same. 


Don’t forget, current customers can check your policy and renewals information in your MyAccount.

If you have opted out of automatic renewal and you’d like to take up your renewal offer with us, providing your information including payment details have not changed you can now use MyAccount to turn automatic renewal on or complete the online form, and your renewal will be processed automatically. This saves you having to give us a call.
