Save £6150 on Kawasaki Z 7 Hybrid
The proof that electric bikes still aren’t selling is in the number – and size – of the dealer discounts being offered, with this over 50% saving being offered on Kawasaki’s roadster incarnation, the Z 7 Hybrid, currently one of the biggest of all. It’s on sale now at long-established Ruislip dealer Daytona who are offering the hybrid machine (which is part electric, part-‘ICE’ powered) with a whopping discount of £6150 which takes its asking price down from the original RRP of an already fairly reasonable £11,949, to no be up for grabs for less than half of that at just £5799 – who said electric bikes can’t be cheap?

Get £3500 off a Husqvarna Svartpilen 801
If you don’t fancy a hybrid, how about getting a huge dealer discount on one of the most entertaining – but also often overlooked – middleweight roadster twins of all? Husqvarna’s Svartpilen 801 is essentially a restyled version of KTM’s already brilliant (KTM owns Husqvarna) 790 Duke and is great fun, handles brilliantly and is decently equipped, too. Best of all, though, although originally pricier than the KTM equivalent, Husqvarna has now clashed its prices while dealer AMS has gone further still with the overall result that this brand new, 0-mile example, which normally would be £10,499 can now be yours for just £6999 – that’s £500 cheaper than even Yamaha’s MT-07

If your next bike needs to be a more comfortable, pillion-friendly, long-distance machine, there are plenty of big dealer discounts to be found here, too – not least on Honda’s impressive, Africa Twin-derived, twin cylinder NT1100, as is the case here. Get £1995 off a Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS
While, finally for this week, if you don’t want a Honda, Husqvarna or hybrid machine and instead fancy a classic, high performance British roadster, there is none better than the latest 1200 Speed Triple for leading British brand Triumph and, best of all, you can also find examples with big dealer discounts – as is the case here. Dealer Triumph Newcastle, for example, is currently offering the latest RS model, which boasts 177bhp and all the latest electronics, with a big discount of £1995 which takes its asking price down from the usual £17,895 to now be up for grabs for just £15,900

Save £2290 on this Norton Commando 961 Sport
Proof that big dealer discounts can also result in some bargain used buys, too. Who’d have thought, for example, just a few years ago, that you’d soon be able to snap up a low mileage, top spec Norton 961 for just over £8000? But that’s the case here. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory has just slashed the price on this 2018 example of Norton’s Commando 961 Sport, complete with Öhlins shocks, Brembo brakes and wire wheels. While, finally for this week, US Harley-rivals Indian is back in the news having changed hands from Polaris to a private equity group and, as this discounted used example proves, there’s also no better time to snap up a bargain. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory have also just slashed the price on this 2021 example of the Chief Dark Horse. It’s covered just 8427 miles, is in gleaming, unmarked condition, again comes with a free, extended 12-month warranty and, best of all, the new £1999 saving takes its price down from the previous £12,991 to now be available for just £10,992.
