Bennetts Insurance to be acquired by The Ardonagh Group

Bennetts sale agreed with Ardonagh Group


The Ardonagh Group today announced that Atlanta Investment Holdings, its retail insurance subsidiary has exchanged contracts to buy Bennetts Motorcycle Services Ltd from its current owner Saga Services Ltd.

Ian Donaldson, CEO of Atlanta said: “More than just an insurance provider, Bennetts holds a distinct place in the biking world thanks to its approach to social channels, with BikeSocial providing a hub of expert resources and advice for riders of all persuasions across the UK.

The Ardonagh Group is the UK’s largest independent insurance broker, bringing together brands such as Autonet, Carole Nash and Swinton.
