Redding will be looking to get off to a strong start in Qatar

The 2015 MotoGP World Championship kicks off this weekend under the floodlights of the Losail International Circuit in Qatar.

With pre-season testing cut short because of rain, a number of questions remain unanswered ahead of the season commencing. Can Ducati maintain their faster pace across race distance? Will Yamaha's seamless gearbox help them close the gap to Honda? How will Suzuki fare? Will we see a Brit on the podium?

It's almost time to find out! Free Practice gets underway a day earlier than usual to ensure all sessions can be fit into the tighter night time schedule, with the first Moto3 session kicking off at 15:00 UK time.
