Kent joins Moto 2 off the back of a successful campaign in the Moto3 world championship which saw him take fourth spot in the championship. He will partner Frenchman Louis Rossi in Moto3 and share a team with fellow Brits Bradley Smith and Cal Crutchlow, both in MotoGP.
Danny Kent will get his first run out on the fully liveried Tech 3 Moto2 bike at Valencia this month
The team will be sponsored by a care group called Maria Mallaband Care Group and hit the track with full livery for the first time at the Moto2 test in Valencia on February 12-14.
