Honda launches new CB250F with claims of 117mpg!

The new Honda CB250F was revealed today in Japan.
Honda has launched a naked CB250F in Japan today which they claim does 117 miles per gallon!

The single-cylinder 250 uses a liquid-cooled motor and copies the styling of bigger models in the Honda range, like the CB500F. The new 250 makes a claimed 28bhp.

It sits below the Honda CBR300R in the range of exciting new bikes for new riders that Honda have been rolling out. The fully-faired CBR300R costs £4299 with ABS in the UK, although it actually uses a 250 motor.

The new Honda CB250F uses a basic steel chassis and is designed to be easy to ride and offers big claimed fuel economy, while giving big bike style and looks.

We’ve put the question to Honda UK to see if it’s coming to the UK or not, and will let you know when we have the answer.
