Vespa Primavera to replace LX range

Vespa Primavera

The Vespa Primavera was originally launched in 1968 in an era when those of the younger generation were keen to exercise their freedom of expression. To many, this relatively simplistic machine, with its nimble and innovative lines, was easy and fun to ride and provided riders with the ability and freedom to explore. The Primavera went on to become one of the most durable and best-loved models in the Vespa range.

While the 2014 Vespa Primavera, due to be launched at this year’s EICMA, bears some resemblance to the original model, the new machine is innovative, technologically ground-breaking, agile and dynamic.

The Vespa Primavera adopts some of the style and technical features of the Vespa 946 – the most technologically advanced model ever created. During the design phase, the focus was on increasing the level of comfort, safety and riding pleasure. This model will be introduced into markets this year and replaces the out-going Vespa LX range.
