Yamaha’s Hypermodified T-Max Scooters!

Yamaha’s Hypermodified T-Max Scooters!

This is Italy, and in Italy everyone rides big scooters, so it’s no surprise that Yamaha revealed a range of super scooters at the Milan Show designed by the world’s leading custom bike builders.

One bike featured a supercharger, one bike looked like the designer hadn’t bothered, but this, the stripped-down Roland Sands special edition T-Max got everybody talking.

It looks like a T-Max has been involved in a crash, and that’s because the famous Californian bike builder took all the bike’s fairing panels off. He then meshed it all together with a long brown leather seat, exposed the swingarm and built a pointy Moto2 style rear seat unit. There’s a hand-built exhaust system and an exposed clutch and engine cases to give it a sporty come Cafe Racer look.

It may not be to everyone’s tastes, but in the land of the scooter, this bike had everyone talking.
