You don't have to dress like Rudolph, but it helps
Saddle-up, grab yourself a Father Christmas hat and join us on one of the country’s biggest toy runs.

Bennetts and Bike Social are supporting the Christmas Charity Ride, and we want you to come and ride with us.

The Christmas Charity Ride is run by the good people of Rutland HOG. It starts at Sycamore Harley-Davidson in Uppingham on December 9 and the route continues on to Peterborough Hospital’s children’s ward via a few nice roads enroute.

But don't worry if you haven't got a Harley-Davidson - you don’t have to be on a Harley, in fact, the organisers are keen to stress that anyone can join in on any kind of bike.

Bennetts and Bike Social are supporting the ride with unique teddy bears for the children of the Amazon Ward, and also supplying biscuits for all riders on arrival at the hospital.

Find us near the Bennetts Yamaha R1, and come and say hello.

If you want to bring a toy, you can either send it to Sycamore Harley-Davidson  who will be using a van as back-up, or bring your own toy on the day. Festive wear is recommended, but not essential.

Riders are asked to meet up at Sycamores at 10.30am for a briefing, but the full schedule is below.

10.30am – assemble at Sycamores Harley-Davidson (LE15 9RN) for a briefing

11am – ride departs, heading via Oundle and Elton

12noon – short stop at the Notcutts layby on Oundle Road, Peterborough

12.30pm – arrive at The Amazon Ward at Peterborough City Hospital (PE3 9GZ)
