It may be winter but with new models being announced at shows the discounts often being offered by dealers on brand new older models makes now a great time to snap up a new bike bargain – as is the case here. Official dealer Triumph East London is currently offering a brand new, 0-mile example of Triumph’s superb Tiger 1200 GT with a whopping £5450 off its usual list price. It’s a 2023 example but is unregistered, is the GT more road-orientated version of Triumph’s big, three-cylinder adventure bike and that discount takes its price down from the usual £18,945 to now be available for just £13,495

Get £4240 off this Harley-Davidson Low Rider S
How about this for another massive dealer discount that’s currently being offered on a brand-new bike? This time it’s not a Triumph but is the legendary Low Rider S cruiser from leading US brand Harley-Davidson. Save £1300 on this Suzuki GSX-8S
While, finally for this week, proof that it’s not always premium priced or aging models that are the only ones that benefit from big dealer discounts – more recent, affordable bikes can sometimes, too – as is the case here. Suzuki’s GSX-8S, for example, as unveiled at the end of 2023, is one of the middleweight twin cylinder roadsters available, but has suffered a little from a price that’s higher than some – but not here. Sometimes discounted low mileage used bikes can be even more tempting (and better value) than discounted new ones – as is probably the case here. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory, for example, has just slashed the price on this virtually as-new example of Ducati’s brilliant Multistrada V4 S – the one with the Öhlins suspension. Save £1994 on this Triumph Thruxton 1200
Buying used also gives you the opportunity to snap up a bike that’s no longer available new, as long as you find a good one – as is the case here. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory also has up for grabs this mint, low mileage example of the now deleted Triumph Thruxton 1200, the café racer version of the Bonneville. While, finally for this week, how about this for a gorgeous example of an iconic bike that previously for many was priced out of reach? Used bike specialists Superbike Factory are also currently offering this beautiful, low mileage example of revived Norton’s Commando 961. It’s the Sport version with inverted forks and Öhlins shocks, is also specced up with a twin seat, carbon headlamp cowling and black anodised wire wheels.
