Get £4654 off this Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX
We’ve featured deals on Kawasaki’s big, supercharged sports tourer before – but rarely as big as this. The 200bhp, luxury mile-eater is a brilliant bike and arguably the best of Kawasaki’s ‘blower’ line up, but it’s also so pricey that dealer discounts are commonplace – as is the case here. Peterborough mega-dealer Wheels, for example, has just one black, standard, old-stock 2023 example left and as such is currently offering it with a full £4654 off its list price. That takes it down from the previous £22,649 to now just £17,495!

Save £3775 on Harley-Davidson’s PanAmerican
Another bike that it’s not uncommon to see big dealer discounts on is Harley-Davidson’s radical adventure bike, the Pan America, presumably because the world’s still getting used to the idea that the American cruiser specialists can actually make a great, 150bhp, liquid-cooled V-twin adventure bike. Get your head around that and it’s a great bike, right up there with the best and, as is the case here, a potential bargain. London dealer Warr’s are currently offering this top spec ‘S’ version, complete with wire wheels, with a whopping £3775 off its usual price, taking it down from £18,770 to now just £14,995.

Save £2604 on KTM’s 1290 Super Adventure S
If you prefer your adventure bikes to be a bit more conventional and proven, there is arguably none better than KTM’s 1290 Super Adventure S, which is not only 170bhp potent but comes with radar-cruise, big TFT dash, great road handling and more. And it can also be a dealer discounted bargain, as is the case here. Blade Motorcycles currently has just one unsold, unregistered 2023 example left and to help move it on is now offering nit with a discount of a full £2604, that takes it down from the previous £16,599 to now just £13,995, which surely makes it some kind of steal!

Get £1190 off this Kawasaki Z650RS
While, finally for this week, how about a great deal on one of the best and most affordable middleweight retro roadsters available? Kawasaki’s Z650RS is a brilliantly styled homage to the 1970s Z650, is effectively a twin cylinder ‘little brother’ to Kawasaki’s four-cylinder Z900RS, is based on the lively yet useful Z650 platform and was already decent value at £7689. Aylesbury dealer OnYerBike, however, is currently offering this metallic black version with a discount of £1190 taking it down to just £6499 – but it won’t be around for long!

Get this BMW R1250R with £1206 off
BMW’s roadster version of its big boxer twin, the R, is probably the most overlooked model in the German marque’s range, at least in the UK, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a great bike. It also means, as is the case here, it can be a potential bargain. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory is currently offering this virtually as new example of the latest ShiftCam 1250cc incarnation, which is on a 19-plate and has covered just 8196 miles, with a further £1206 off its previous price. That takes it down from £9689 to now just £8483, which is almost MT-07 money for a classy, big bore BMW boxer. It even comes with free delivery!

Save £1003 on this Yamaha FJR1300
Another great bike that’s now a little overlooked so can be a brilliant bargain. Yamaha’s big four-cylinder shaft-drive sports tourer proved an excellent all-rounder for years, being launched in 2000 before finally being dropped in 2021. Superbike Factory is currently offering this clean, late 2018 example which in great nick having covered only 9769 miles and also comes with a useful top box. Best of all, though, its price has just been reduced by a full £1003 taking it down from £9486 to now just £8483 and again it comes with free delivery. That’s an awful lot of bike for not very much money.

Save £300 on this Aprilia Caponord 1200
While finally for this week, here’s another great recent bike that’s now been dropped and largely forgotten about which can also make it a brilliant, discounted used buy. Aprilia’s big V-twin Caponord was the Italian firm’s take on the adventure bike and was a classy, well-equipped road all-rounder. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory has this late, 17-plate example in black which has covered 20,803 miles, comes with a very desirable full luggage set and has just been reduced by £300 so taking it down from £5983 to now just £5683 – that’s right, almost five-and-a-half grand for a 1200cc, fully-loaded adventure bike! It even comes again with free delivery!

Save £3000 on Kawasaki’s Z H2
Kawasaki remain the only manufacturer to offer supercharged bikes with its ‘H2’ family which includes the H2 Hypersport and SX sports tourer, but the wildest of the bunch is arguably the 200bhp naked roadster version, the Z H2. Trouble is, they all have the heady prices to makes their outrageous specifications – except here. Midlands Kawasaki specialists Clay Cross is currently offering brand new, unregistered, 2023 examples of the Z H2 in graphite grey with a huge £3000 off the normal price, so taking the on the road price down from the previous £17,299 to now just £14,299.

Save £1450 on this Honda CMX1100 Rebel Tour
One fairly new model that has ‘slipped under the radar’ slightly recently is Honda’s bigger version of its Rebel cruiser, the CMX1100 which is based around the Africa Twin’s parallel twin motor and so also comes with the option of Honda’s clever, semi-automatic transmission. As a result, it’s got cruiser style but all the classy, easy manageability you’d expect from a Honda. On top of that, there’s also the ‘Tour’ version, with bagger style fairing and panniers. Best of all, though, dealer HGB motorcycles is currently offering 0-mile, pre-registered examples with a full £1450 off the normal price, so taking its asking price down to a very tempting £8999.

Get £500 off Yamaha’s Tracer 9 GT+
One of the best bikes of 2023 was undoubtedly Yamaha’s new, updated version of its Tracer 9 sports tourer which, although already having a great three-cylinder engine, sweet handling and bags of practicality, now came with a slick new TFT dash and switchgear and new radar-assisted cruise control and even braking. The only downside was all that bumping up the price to around £15K – except here. Dealers Fowlers of Bristol is currently offering this example with a useful £500 off so taking its asking price down to just £14,400 so it’s bound to snapped up pretty quickly!

Get this BMW R1250GSA with £802 off
The motorcycling world has been dazzled this year by BMW’s R 1300GS, the all-new successor to the brilliant and best-selling R 1250 GS. But with the popular big-tanked adventure version still some way off and with prices starting at nearly £16K, suddenly this virtually as-new, kitted up example of the old GSA looks something of a steal. It’s being offered by used bike specialists Superbike Factory, is a 2021 example with just 6076 miles under its wheels, comes with a useful top box and has just been reduced by a full £802 taking its price down from the previous £12,486 to now just £11,684 – that’s a full five grand less than the 1300 and there is even free delivery thrown in!

Save £402 on this Triumph Tiger 1200 XRX
Here’s another brilliant big adventure bike that’s currently being offered at a bargain price. British brand Triumph’s big adventure offering, the Tiger 1200, although boasting 140bhp, shaft drive, a full suite of electronics and more has never had quite the success of BMW’s boxer GS but is in many ways just as good a bike and, as this example proves, can be an even bigger used bargain. This example is being offered by used bike specialists Superbike Factory, is on a 17-plate, has covered 19,422 miles and has just had its price slashed by £402 taking it down to just £6584 from the previous £6986 – that’s right, just £6500-odd for a top-spec 1200 adventure!

Save £392 on this Yamaha FZS1000
While finally for this week, how about a brilliant, ‘old school’ sports-tourer all-rounder that can now be snapped up for peanuts? Yamaha’s early Noughties FZS1000 Fazer was a fabulous and fast all-rounder due to being based around a detuned version of the superbike R1 engine and still makes a great workhorse today. This example, again being offered by used bike specialists Superbike Factory is on a 54-plate, has covered a very reasonable 17,200 miles, is in good, clean, standard condition and has just had its price reduced by £392 taking it down from the previous £3386 to now just £2994 which makes it an absolute bargain, especially as free delivery is included!
