KTM RC8

Adam Beaumont got in touch with us on Facebook to ask whether it is worth upgrading to the KTM RC8. We put his question to one of our experts who came back with the following advice.

ADAM ASKS:

I’m thinking of upgrading to a ktm rc8r, are they worth the money?

OUR EXPERT ANSWERS:

Hell yeah! The RC8R is one of the best old school V-twins you can buy and very underestimated and overlooked. It is a torque and power monster right from the off – doesn’t need to be revved to get the best from it. Its styling is just the business and the chassis is made for racing – super sharp handling but stable, balanced and comes with WP Suspension running gear, race spec brakes and other classy touches. The chassis is adjustable for leg height, rider height and so on. It’s a must have in our book especially if you can crack a good deal on a new or nearly new one.
