Step-by-step guide for using 'Online policy enquiry' 

1. Simply head to webchat by selecting the webchat icon, usually found in the bottom right hand side of your screen (or alternatively you can start webchat using the button below):

2. Select "Send us a message" 

3.Enter your name and email address (make sure it is the same as given on the policy) 

4. Select ‘My Policy’ 

5. Select ‘Policy Information’ 

6. Finally, answer the 'Policy Search' questions (Name, Date of Birth, Policy Number, Postcode) and select which details you would like to see
