Step-by-step guide for using 'Online Policy Enquiry'

1. Simply head to Webchat by selecting the icon here (or anywhere you see it on the website)

2. Select "Send us a message"

3.Enter your name and email address (make sure it is the same as given on the policy)

4. Select ‘My Policy’

5. Select ‘Policy Information’

6. Finally, answer the 'Policy Search' questions (Name, Date of Birth, Policy Number, Postcode) and select which details you would like to see
