Renewing your Policy

When your policy approaches the end of its 12-month term we'll contact you to renew your cover with Bennetts for another year. Your renewal offer will arrive in the post and/or email (depending on the preference you chose) around 3-4 weeks before your policy end date.

Our price promise

The price you're quoted at renewal will never be more than that of an equivalent new customer's price and includes a free 12-month BikeSocial membership worth £60.

Your renewal offer

To make it as simple as possible for you we will search our panel of insurers to find you our lowest quote based on your current information. To ensure you have plenty of time to review your renewal offer, we will contact you via post around 28 days before the date your policy ends with details of the renewal premium, we've selected for you.

If you expected to have received your renewal invitation through the post by now, let us know with the request documents form.

What happens next?

When you renew your insurance policy with us for another year, we’ll send you a confirmation pack. Please remember to check your details are correct and let us know if anything needs updating using the incorrect details form.

If you decide not to renew with us, we’ll send you confirmation that your policy has ended. This will contain your No Claims Discount entitlement, which you can use as evidence to send to your new or future insurer if they request it.
