The 2009 British Superbike Championship is set for a competitive season with a 30 strong starting grid, featuring leading British and International riders and backed by some of the top manufacturers in the world.  French Superbike star Sylvain Guintoli makes his debut this season, hoping to challenge some of the ‘already established’ top runners in the Championship.

This season also sees the introduction of the KTM RC8 Super Cup replacing the successful Super Duke battle that ran at BSB events throughout the last two seasons.
