Kawasaki WSB team launch

Team mates Loriz Bas and Tom Sykes
Kawasaki are so keen to let us see how good the standard ZX-10R is that they showed what it takes to turn a standard road-going ZX-10R into a pukka WSBK racer at it's team launch last night by laying the upgraded parts out on a table.

The launch was to celebrate the new team of WSB runner-up Tom Sykes and race winner Loris Baz in the new KRT Team.

Okay so you may need a massive team of engineers, mechanics, at least £1 million, and the support of one of the world's biggest bike manufacturer's to turn it in to a 250bhp weapon that actually works properly, but we like the thinking...

Full factory exhaust system, some sprockets and an airboz. And not forgetting the Stomp Grips for the tank!
Steeing damper, Brembo calipers, quick action throttle, a few electronics and you're almost there...
Some super lightweight new 17 inch Marchesini wheels and some WSBK-spec Pirelli tyres and you're sorted...
