Posted: 29 Aug 2011

Current world championship leader Casey Stoner rode to another superb victory at the Indianapolis GP this weekend – his 30th MotoGP win to date.

With pole position ahead of the race, the Australian already had the best advantage. His first place at the chequered flag was his seventh race win of the 2011 season.

Dani Pedrosa and Ben Spies took second and third places respectively, while reigning MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo could only manage another fourth place finish.
