What better way to spend your Sunday morning than dig out the bike, wrap up warm and join a charity Christmas Toy Run?

That’s exactly what myself, almost 100 riders and the Bennetts team did on Sunday when we joined the Rutland HOG 2012 Christmas Toy Run.

Last Sunday’s event, supported by Sycamore Harley-Davidson and Bennetts, saw almost 100 riders joining forces.

The ride left from Sycamore’s gleaming Harley-Davidson dealership in Uppingham and rode onto Peterborough Hospital to deliver thousands of pounds worth of toys to the children’s ward.

It was organised by Rutland HOG but the event is open to anyone and saw a mix of riders on everything from Harley’s to sports bikes joining forces to help the children.

Here’s some of the best moments from Sunday’s ride, and don’t forget, check out our What’s On pages to find a toy run near you!
