Scott Redding Twitter Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry is open to UK residents only (excluding employees of the Promoter, third parties involved in this promotion and their families) who are a registered follower of @bennetts_bikes on Twitter (Follower).
2. Entry to the competition is by retweeting, during the promotion validity period set out at paragraph 4 below (Promotion Validity Period), the message set out in that same paragraph. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
4. The Promotion Validity Period shall begin immediately after the tweeting by @bennetts_bike of the following message:
   It's #Fridaygiveaway time! Just follow @bennetts_bike & RT before 3pm to be in with a chance to win one of the 5 signed Scott Redding caps!
   and shall end exactly 4 hours thereafter. No entries will be accepted before or after these times.
5. Only one tweet per person is permitted.
6. No purchase is necessary.
7. Five winners will be selected at random from all those Followers who satisfy the conditions of entry set out above and shall be notified via Twitter. The winners will have until 5pm on Monday, 7 November 2011 to claim their prize. In the event that the prize is not collected, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative winner will be selected.
8. There are five prizes available. Each winner’s prize consists of one baseball cap, personally signed by Scott Redding.
9. No cash alternative will be offered. However the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value. The prize is not transferable.
10. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Details of the winners’ names may be obtained by sending a personal message via Twitter.
12. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the promotion, including the publication of their names (via Twitter or otherwise), geographic location and photograph.
13. Entering the promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to these terms and conditions.
14. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time.

Substantiation:
The expression Promoter refers to Bennetts which is a trading name of BISL Limited, registered in England under company number 03231094, whose registered office is at, Pegasus House, Bakewell, Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS.
