Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to UK residents only, excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
2. Entry to the draw is made by completing the on-line form on the Bennetts website at the following address www.bennetts.co.uk. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
3. Closing date for entries is 30th August 2010.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted and entries by third parties will not be accepted.
5. No purchase is necessary.
6. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age on 16 September 2010.
7. No alternative prize will be offered.  However the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value.  The prize is not transferable.
8. There are 80 prizes available.
9. Winners will be drawn at random on 31st August 2010 and shall be notified by post and/ or e-mail thereafter.  Winners must contact Focused Events Limited by 5pm on Wednesday 8th September 2010 to claim their prize and register their details.  Any prizes unclaimed after this time will be placed back in to the draw and alternative winners will be randomly selected on Thursday 9th September 2010 and contacted by phone.  These winners will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis upon registration, and all places must be registered by 14th September 2010.
10. Each prize consists of one ticket to attend a Track Day at Cadwell Park on Thursday 16th September 2010 (“Event”).    The Event includes track day sessions, breakfast, lunch and access to the James Toseland/Niall McKenzie bike clinics.
11. In addition the first 20 winners selected who also hold a current Bennetts policy will receive a free upgrade on their ticket.  The upgrade will entitle the holder to VIP treatment on the day including: breakfast with James Toseland.  Upgrades are provided entirely at the discretion of the Promoter and are subject to availability.
12. The Event Day is organised and run by Focused Events Limited and participants will be required to agree to any applicable terms and conditions of participation of Focused Events Limited.  Copies of such terms and conditions are available on request.
13. By claiming the prize winners acknowledge that the Event is being provided by Focused Events Limited and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage arising out of the winners’ participation in the Event.  However nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence. 
14. In order to participate in the Event you must hold a full and unrestricted bike licence (you will be required to present both parts of your licence on the day).  You must have full protective clothing including one-piece leathers or Kevlar or a two-piece that zips together, boots, gloves and a helmet.
15. All bikes must be mechanically sound and in suitable condition to be ridden on the circuit and there is a noise limit of 105 decibels.  Focused Events Limited will have the final decision as to whether a bike is suitable for use at the event.   If you are unsure as to whether your bike is suitable please contact Focused Events on 08450 267 222
16. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
17. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 16th September 2010 and 16th October 2010 for details of the winners’ names and counties.
19. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion and the Event, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photograph.
20. Entering the promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to these terms and conditions.
21. The winners’ personal data may be passed to Focused Events Limited for the purposes of administering the prize
