  1. Entry is open to members of the Bennetts Exclusive Membership Scheme, UK residents only, excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
  2. Entry to the draw is from 23rd September to the 31st October 2010. It can be made by completing the on-line form within Bennetts Exclusives on the following address www.bennetts.co.uk. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.   No purchase necessary.  Only one entry per person is permitted. 
  3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  4. The draw will take place on the 3rd November 2010 from all the correct entries received. 
  5. The first prize is a pair of MICHELIN Pilot Road 2 or MICHELIN Power Pure motorcycle tyres.   
  6. There are four runner up prizes of £50 discount on a pair of Pilot Road 2 or Power Pure tyres and £10 off delivery.
  7. The prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of notification
  8. There is no cash alternative and no alternative prize will be offered. However the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value in the event that the advertised prizes are not available.  The prize is not transferable. 
  9. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
  10. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 1st November 2010 to the 30th November 2010 for details of the winners’ name and county.
  12. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photograph.
  13. Entering the promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to these terms and conditions.
  14. The winners’ personal data may be passed to Blackcircles.com for the purposes of administering the prize.
