With 689 years experience and nearly half a million miles behind them, the Bennetts O.A.B’s (Old Age Bikers) are a unique group of ten distinguished bikers who are amongst the oldest in the country. While most pensioners are beginning to slow down and put their feet up, the O.A.B’s are living life in the fast lane and have been recruited to pass on their biking wisdom.

Bennetts ran a nationwide search in 2007 to discover Britain’s oldest bikers who now act as ‘special advisors’. Cyril McCaw Hopwood (93), Reg Scott (91), and Sid Grant (90), share an injury-free passion for motorbikes and still take to the roads daily. Each has spent a lifetime committed to either building, selling, lovingly restoring and of course riding their bikes.
With a wealth of experience to pass on to the biking community, the Bennetts O.A.B’s have a lot of advice to share and don’t intend hanging up their leathers any time soon. Between them, the O.A.B’s have:
