Bennetts, the UK’s number one for motorcycle insurance, has today announced it will no longer be sponsoring the British Superbike championship in 2009, having been title sponsor for the last four years.
Paul Galligan, Director of Bennetts, said: “Bennetts has a reputation for leading the bike insurance market. Following four successful years as title sponsors we have decided to focus on other new exciting projects. We have really enjoyed our time as title sponsors and our involvement with the teams and riders.
Galligan continued, “I wish MSVR and everyone involved with British Superbikes all the best and hope that the Championship continues to be successful.”
