Become a judge - Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open to UK residents only, excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
- Entry to the draw is made by completing the on-line form and answering the question correctly on the Bennetts website at the following address www.bennetts.co.uk. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
- Only one entry per person is permitted and entries by third parties will not be accepted.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Entrants must be at least 21 years of age on 31st March 2010.
- No alternative prize will be offered. However the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value.
- The prize is not transferable.
- There are 2 prizes available.
- Each prize consists of one place on the judging panel for the each of the two Bennetts Babes casting days.
- The casting days take place on 31st March 2010 and 1st April 2010 (“Event”) at a location to be confirmed either in London, Manchester or Birmingham.
- Winners will be drawn at random from all the correct entries received on 25th March 2010 and shall be notified by telephone or e-mail. Winners must contact Bennetts by 5pm on 26th March 2010 to claim their prize and register their details. Any prizes unclaimed after this time will be placed back in to the draw and alternative winners will be selected on 29th March and contacted by phone.
- The cost of transport to the Event will be covered and will be booked in advance by the Promoter.
- Each winner will be expected to be available at the location of the Event from 9am – 6pm.
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided at no expense to each winner.
- No additional expenses will be included.
- Each winner will be required to participate alongside four other judges representing Bennetts, Frank PR and DLP Models Ltd.
- Each casting day will consist of interviews with approximately 20 finalists participating in the Bennetts Babe Search 2010.
- The judging panel will pick 8 winners who in the opinion of the judges will best represent Bennetts.
- An official photographer employed by the Promoter will attend each casting day and no personal photography will be permitted.
- By attending the Event the winners agree at all times to comply fully with all instructions and directions given by any agent, employee or representative of the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any winner from the Event at any time if in the Promoter’s opinion the winner’s conduct is unreasonable or detrimental to the judging process.
- By claiming the prize winners acknowledge that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage arising out of the winners’ participation in the Event. However nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
- Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
- The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 25th March 2010 and 25th April 2010 for details of the winners’ names and counties.
- The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion and the Event, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photograph.
- Entering the promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to these terms and conditions.
- The winners’ personal data may be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize.
- Information concerning entrants collected by the Promoter in connection with this competition will neither be used for any other purpose nor given or sold to any third party and will not be retained by the Promoter for any longer than is necessary for the proper administration of the competition.
