Bennetts Member Exclusive Discounts
- Discount codes are only for use by current Bennetts customers.
- Any purchases made with suppliers will constitute a contract between the customer and the relevant supplier and will be subject to that supplier’s standard terms and conditions of purchase, details of which can be found on the relevant supplier’s website. Bennetts has no involvement in any arrangements for purchase and as such accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever incurred by either party arising from amongst other things, the arrangement itself or the subject matter of the arrangement.
- Any queries or complaints regarding purchases made from suppliers must be raised with the relevant supplier directly.
- The Bennetts website may also contain hyper text links to websites operated by suppliers. The operation and content of those websites shall be determined by the organisation which controls the website and this will be governed by separate terms and conditions. Links are provided for convenience only and inclusion of any links should not be taken to imply endorsement in any way of the site to which it links. Bennetts accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of any other website.
- You must not advertise, resell, copy, reproduce or redistribute any of the discount codes provided on the Bennetts website. If you have been found to do so Bennetts may at its discretion suspend or cancel your ability to log in to the site.
- Discount codes must be quoted at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively. By using a discount you will be deemed to have accepted any of the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions regarding the use of the code, details of which are available on each of the partners pages or at point of purchase.
- If Bennetts believes that discount codes have been misused it reserves the right to amend discount codes without notice to prevent further misuse. Up-to-date codes will only be available on the Bennetts website.
