Being involved in an accident or having your motorbike stolen is traumatic enough without having to deal with a complicated and lengthy claims process.
You need to let us know whenever you have been involved in an accident regardless of whether it’s your fault or not, or whether you intend to make a claim or not. This is not us being awkward; but a standard requirement of your insurance policy. Failure to notify us of any accident, could delay the process or settlement of any outstanding claim.

You will be asked for a number of details relating to the incident, all of which are recorded on our claims system. Once we have confirmed all details with you, we will pass the details directly through to your insurer immediately who will then take the claim forward and look to resolve it quickly.
Claim Checklist
- Date, Time and Location of Incident
- Other party details – name/address/contact telephone number/vehicle registration/insurance details
- Name and Contact Details of any witnesses
- Police Details/Crime Reference Number if applicable
