Bennetts Babes 2010: Terms and conditions of entry
- Entry is open to UK residents excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Entries submitted on behalf of third parties will not be accepted: entrants must enter the competition themselves.
- Entry to the competition is made by completing the entry form online at www.bennettsbabesearch.co.uk. Alternatively entrants can enter by sending a recent full length photograph of themselves together with their contact details by post to Bennetts Babes, C/O Michael Mann, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted and only one entry per person is permitted. Any entries which are incomplete or suspected by the Promoter to contain false information will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not received or are delayed or damaged.
- Entries including pictures of a pornographic or offensive nature will not be considered.
- Any photographs submitted must be recent, must not include any other person and the entrant must have been over the age of 18 at the time the photograph was taken. By submitting photographs entrants confirm that they have the right to use the photograph and, where applicable, have the permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph.
- Photographs will not be returned.
- Entrants’ photographs and names will be displayed on www.bennettsbabesearch.co.uk as part of the promotion of the competition: entering the competition signifies the entrant’s consent to this.
- Information concerning entrants collected by the Promoter in connection with this competition will neither be used for any other purpose nor given or sold to any third party and will not be retained by the Promoter for any longer than is necessary for the proper administration of the competition.
- Entries will not be accepted after the close of business on Wednesday 24th March, after which the judging panel will select a number of finalists 40 to attend an interview in Birmingham, Manchester or London between 31st March and 1st April. Finalists will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to attend the interview, no expenses will be paid.
- The judging panel will pick 8 winners who in the opinion of the judges will best represent Bennetts.
- All finalists will be displayed on www.bennettsbabesearch.co.uk where the general public will be able to vote for their favourite entry. Entering the competition signifies the entrant’s consent to this. The results of the public vote may be taken into consideration during the judging but will not be the deciding factor.
- The prize will entitle each of the winners to attend an exclusive photo shoot, attend a number of personal appearances as and when required throughout 2010 and receive a one year contract with model and promotions agency DLP Promotions upon and subject to the applicable terms and conditions of DLP Promotions.
- The cost of the photo shoot and reasonable travel expenses to the photo shoot and to each personal appearance will be paid by Bennetts. No additional expenses will be met by the Promoter.
- No cash or other alternative will be offered, nor may the prizes be transferred.
- The winners will be notified by telephone between 6th April and 7th April, and then by post. Winners must accept the prize within 5 days. If they fail to do this, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the finalists.
- The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 1st April and 30th April 2009 for details of the winners’ names and locations.
- The winners will be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion, including the publication of photographs and names on the Internet and in the print media. Entering the competition signifies the entrant’s consent to this.
