1000 followers on Twitter Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Substantiation:

The expression Promoter refers to Bennetts which is a trading name of BISL Limited, registered in England under company number 03231094, whose registered office is at, Pegasus House, Bakewell, Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry is open to UK residents only (excluding employees of the Promoter, third parties involved in this promotion and their families) who are a registered follower of @bennetts_bikes on Twitter (Follower).
2. Entry to the competition is by retweeting, during the promotion validity period set out at paragraph 4 below (Promotion Validity Period), the message set out below, communicated to all Followers via Twitter during the Promotion Validity Period:

‘We have 1,000 followers so we're giving away 2 @motorcyclelive show tickets with overnight stay in Brum & dinner voucher! RT this post to enter!’

Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.

1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems.
2. The Promotion Validity Period shall begin immediately after the tweeting by @bennetts_bikes of the following message:

‘Two @motorcyclelive show tickets, overnight stay in Brum & dinner voucher, for 1 of our 1,000 followers. Look for our tweet! ’

and shall end exactly 24 hours thereafter. No entries will be accepted before or after these times.

1. Only one tweet per person is permitted.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all those Followers who satisfy the conditions of entry set out above and shall be notified via Twitter.  The winner will have until 5pm on Monday, 14 November 2011 to claim his or her prize. In the event that the prize is not collected, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative winner will be selected.
4. There is one prize available.  The prize consists of two (2) tickets for the Motorcycle Live Show at NEC, Birmingham on Saturday, 19 November 2011. The prize also includes one night’s accommodation based on 2 people sharing the same room and based on a dinner, bed and breakfast board basis. The hotel will be located in Birmingham and be chosen by Bennetts, in its sole discretion. Bennetts will advise the winner of the hotel and location not later than one week before the event.
5. The prize has a maximum value of £230 and includes a dinner voucher with a value of £80, which the winner can use towards the cost of dinner at the hotel. If the cost of dinner exceeds this maximum voucher value, such additional costs are the responsibility of the winner and must be settled with the hotel before departing. Bennetts will not be liable to pay for any travel expenses, room service charges or extras charges or costs outside of the costs stated in the prize value. Any such costs shall be to the account of the winner.
6. No cash alternative will be offered.  However the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value.  The prize is not transferable.
7. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Details of the winner’s name may be obtained by sending a personal message via Twitter.
9. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Prize, including the publication of their name (via Twitter or otherwise), geographic location and photograph.
10. Entering the promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to these terms and conditions.
11. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time.
